Frequently asked Questions
Kristine Moller Coaching
1. What is coaching, and how is it different from counselling?
Coaching is a future-focused process that helps you gain clarity, set goals, and take action towards creating positive changes in your life. It is solution-oriented and designed to empower you to move forward. Counselling, on the other hand, tends to focus on past experiences, emotions, and deeper psychological issues. While both can be beneficial, coaching is best suited for individuals who feel stuck and need to reconnect with their own inner resources to create change, rather than those seeking therapy for past traumas.
2. Do you offer in-person coaching sessions?
Yes! I offer both online and in-person coaching sessions. The choice between the two depends on your preference and lifestyle.
I am happy to see clients in person if you prefer that approach. Let’s discuss what works best for you!
3. Who do you work with?
I work with individuals who feel stuck or uncertain about their next steps in life or career. My coaching is designed for those navigating life transitions, career changes, or seeking more clarity and confidence in their decisions.
4. What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is tailored to your needs, but generally, we will:
Identify the challenges you’re facing.
Explore your goals and aspirations.
Work through any limiting beliefs or obstacles.
Develop an action plan to move forward.
Sessions are structured, supportive, and designed to empower you to take action.
5. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on your goals and the depth of change you are looking for. Some clients see progress in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over a longer period. We can discuss this during our initial consultation.
6. How do I get started?
You can book a free coaching call through my website to discuss your needs and see if coaching is the right fit for you. Simply go to the coaching package page and book your call today.
7. What if I’m unsure whether coaching is right for me?

That’s completely normal! This is why I offer a free consultation—so you can ask questions, understand my coaching style, and see if it feels like the right fit for you. There’s no pressure to commit.
